Services and equipment

The chalet offers 410 m² of floor space and comes with 49,325 m² of land, where there’s even room for guests to arrive at the premises in a helicopter. The interior, decorated with wood and other fine materials, guarantees optimal comfort. The chalet consists of three double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The master bedroom is the Pi Room, on the ground floor, while the Isard and Casamanya Rooms are upstairs.

On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall, kitchen, spacious dining and living room, garage and the Pi Room, all of which have direct access to the outside. In the kitchen, which opens up onto the living room, you can taste the finest Andorran recipes (service available upon request) or cook something up yourself. It is equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. The living room is made up of a large sofa in front of the fireplace: perfect for a cosy atmosphere.

Upstairs, you will find the chill-out area, with sofas and a reading and relaxation area, equipped with a bar. This area can transform into an open bedroom. Outside, there is a large garden area with a barbecue.

The chalet comes with cable TV, a laundry service, a ski room, indoor and outdoor parking and Wi-Fi. It is open all year except November, when it is closed for holidays. Pets are welcome and payments are to be made by credit card.
